Price, payment and inclusions

Ask for the applicable payment methods and whether the quote includes travel, supplies, procedures, equipment, reporting and follow-up. Starting prices do not define those inclusions.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Ask for the terms that apply to your service before confirming or paying. If your plans change, contact the coordinator to discuss your booking and any applicable charges or refund arrangements.

Reports and follow-up

Agree how and when reports will be provided, who to contact with questions, and whether further appointments or clinical review are included in the quote.
